    Sign in, and recover your account

    Signing in, resetting a forgotten password, and what to do about a broken email link.

    Signing in

    Use the email address you signed up with. If you're not sure which email that is, Use a different email lets you try another one without leaving the page.

    Forgot your password

    1. Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in screen.
    2. We email you a reset link.
    3. Opening it brings you to Set a new password, where you choose a new one directly.

    Confirmation and reset links expire and can only be used once. If you land on a Link problem screen, the link was already used or has expired — go back and request a fresh one (reset password, or the sign-up confirmation email) rather than reusing the old link.
