Review outreach as a parent or guardian
How the guardian approval queue works for coach outreach messages.
Who sees this
The Approvals queue only appears for accounts linked as a parent or guardian to an athlete. It exists because some outreach messages — based on the athlete's age — require guardian sign-off before they can be sent to a coach.
Reviewing a message
- Open a queued message to read exactly what the athlete drafted.
- Approve it to release it for sending, or choose Send back for changes to return it with your feedback instead.
If the queue fails to load ("Couldn't load the queue"), it's usually a connection hiccup — reload the page before assuming a message is stuck.
