What lives on the Account page

• Profile basics — name, sport, and grade level.
• Date of birth, which gates check-in and outreach.
• Guardian pairing, which is what makes the Approvals queue reachable for a linked parent.
• Notification preferences, per event and per channel, plus your saved push devices and delivery log.
• Subscription status and billing (see "Pick a plan, pay, and manage billing").
• Your referral code, if referrals are enabled for your account.

Team rosters (coaches and programs)

If you manage a program, Team Roster lets you bring on athletes in bulk with a CSV upload, and records the consent basis for each athlete you add.
